• UPI

No other payment method is valid unless specifically notified by S U College, Hilsa (Nalanda).

2. Transaction Fee Policy

• Any transaction fee, convenience fee, gateway charges, bank charges or service charges will be borne by the payer.
• Transaction fee charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• No cancellation request will be entertained after payment.
• No fee adjustment or transfer will be allowed.

4. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and protect your personal information.

• We do not collect personally identifiable information while browsing.
• We do not sell, distribute or rent your personal data.
• Information may be shared only with the authorized Bank / Payment Gateway for payment processing.

5. Use of Information & Data Security

• Information is used only for official academic and administrative purposes.
• Reasonable safeguards are maintained to protect your data.

6. Disclaimer

• Payment gateway or banking network failure.
• Duplicate payment due to user error or network issue.
• Delay in payment status update caused by third-party systems.
