Online Payment Terms & Condition

1. Accepted Modes of Online Payment

Payments are accepted only through the following online modes:

• Debit Card
• Credit Card
• Internet Banking
• UPI

No other payment method is valid unless specifically notified by S U College, Hilsa (Nalanda).

2. Transaction Fee Policy

• Any transaction fee, convenience fee, gateway charges, bank charges or service charges applied during online payment will be borne by the cardholder / payer.
• Transaction fee charges will not be refunded or reversed under any circumstances, including but not limited to: refund, reversal, chargeback, failed transaction, duplicate payment, or any other reason.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances for any reason or under any clause of S U College, Hilsa (Nalanda).

• No request for cancellation of admission fees will be entertained.
• No adjustment or transfer of fee towards any other course, semester or student will be allowed.

4. Privacy Policy

This is an Educational Institution website. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

• If you are only browsing this website, we do not capture data that allows us to identify you individually.
• We do not sell, distribute or rent your personal information to other parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances.
• As a policy matter, the information you provide will be disclosed only to the Bank / Credit Card / Payment Gateway provider for the purpose of processing and approving your payment.

We understand clearly that you and your information are among our most important assets, and we handle your data with strict confidentiality.

5. Use of Information & Data Security

• Personal information (such as Name, Phone, Email, etc.) collected during the payment process is used only for official purposes like admission, fee management, communication and record-keeping.
• Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are in place to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure or misuse of your data.

6. Disclaimer

S U College, Hilsa (Nalanda) will not be responsible for any:

• Failure of payment due to problems in the payment gateway or banking network.
• Duplicate payments arising out of your own error or network issues.
• Delays in updating payment status caused by third-party systems.

In case of a failed transaction where the amount has been debited from your account but not credited to the college, the amount will usually be refunded by your bank/payment gateway as per their policy and timelines.

7. Consent

By proceeding with the online payment, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
• You understand that fees once paid are non-refundable.
• You agree to bear applicable transaction charges, if any.
• You consent to the use and limited sharing of your information for payment processing purposes.
